This simple and flavorful dinner recipe takes approximately 30 minutes to prepare with a yield of 4 servings.


Ingredients for the pasta:
- 8 cups of water (1880 ml) + 2 ½ teaspoons of salt
- 300g of pasta
- ¼ cup (60 ml) of white wine vinegar & water mixture (30 ml of vinegar and 30 ml of water)
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
- ⅔ cups of parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of Cilantro
Ingredients for the chicken:
- 5 thinly sliced Chicken breast fillets
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 5 teaspoons (25 ml) of cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of Cilantro
Step-by-step instructions:
- Wash the chicken fillets and pat them dry. Season them with salt, black pepper and cilantro and set aside.
- Pour the water into a pot and add the 2½ teaspoons of salt and heat on high to bring it to a boil.
- Add the pasta to the boiling water and mix it with a fork once softened to ensure that it does not stick.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the mixture of 2 tablespoons of butter and cooking oil on medium heat until the butter stops frothing.
- Add the chicken fillets to the oil and fry on both sides, approximately 5 minutes for each side.
- Remove the chicken fillets from the saucepan and set aside covered in aluminium foil
- Pour the white wine vinegar mix and unsalted butter into the same pan and let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta, cheese and cilantro to the vinegar mix and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Once ready, serve the dish and enjoy!
